Here are a few Emails and letters that I have received:

Roy, just a short note to tell you how thrilled my husband was with the pen I bought from you at the Paseo

Art show in Oklahoma City. Thank you so much for showing me how to take the "NIB" ( see I did remember what you called it) out to clean. He's had it for 2 weeks and won't let it out of his sight.

As your name implies Bella Penna your pens are beautiful. My wife called me at work when she was at the festival to tell me that you were there with some very nice pens, that was an understatement. We both made a point of coming back to the show the next day just to visit with you. Am I glad I came as your knowledge of fountain pens and your workmanship astounded me. My only complaint is you just had to much to choose from. I'm very happy with the Casein Roma and the blue Cactus Palermo  fountain pens I bought as they are both superb lookers and writers. As a matter of fact they both write better than my Mount Blanc. The Roma has become my desk pen at the office and I am now carrying the Cactus as my every day pen. Can't wait until this spring when you will be back.

I bought Roy's "Trail of Tears" pen.  He put an extra fine 18K gold nib on it for me at my special request.  I use this pen quite a bit and I am happy with it. This pen has a special place in my heart because I am half
Cherokee on my mothers side and we lost several ancestors on the Trail of Tears in 1830. His choice of materials are perfect for this pen and what it represents to all Native Americans.  The scrimshaw is excellent work and the inlaid turqouis also shows his craftsmanship.  Roy's a master craftsman at making pens in my book. He is a very gifted, talented and blessed man.  Keep up the great work Roy.
Thank You

I bought four of your pens Friday evening at the Dallas Art Festival, all of which are wonderful.  I have been very tickled with them and while it is only Monday, the blue bakelite is my mainstay pen.
You also showed me two additional bakelite pens that evening - white or pearl, with a rose hue.  If you still have those two pens, I would be interested in them.  Or if you have sold them, I can quit thinking about them.  Please let me know.

I also toured your website, and it is very well done.

Best regards. John C. Of Plano Texas

Roy, just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed our conversation about pens last week at the Art Festival. The pen that I purchased from you has been just perfect. I will be now looking on your website for a pen for the Mrs. Maybe then she will stop trying to steal mine...I do have one question can you make a pen from a broken baseball bat? If so please email me back as I have a broken bat of Stan Musial's that I would like a pen from. I called you last night and also left a massage.

Mr. Robaldo if you want you can place this on your web site.

I have bought a total of four pens from you over the last two years after meeting you at the Art Festival in Ft. Worth.

Each of the pens I bought were my favorites until I bought a new one from you. Your use of materials and flex nibs is one of the reasons I now will only buy my fountain pens from you. I want to thank you for calling me when I had asked if I could buy the tip and refill to convert one of the fountain pens to a roller ball but wanted also to keep is as a fountain pen and you walked me through the process, and sold me the parts to do it, try doing that with one of the big manufactures. I would suggest that you change your Logo to

BELLA PENNA

usable works of art

Because that's what they are.
